Many people believe that Western Sahara is an occupied territory. But there is a more fundamental disagreement there about who has sovereignty over Western Sahara.

Northen Cyprus?

According to Penske's favorite reference work, Wikipedia, "the European Union continues to consider northern Cyprus as EU territory with a disputed foreign military presence." Sounds like occupied territory to me.
