You won. They now make shirts for people with short arms and fat necks like us.
FWIW the "tailors" in the burbs suck. They lose every fucking collar stay. Then when I wanted the sleeves shortened on a jacket once (they were down to my knuckles so I looked like a waiter at Wo Hop) the tailor said: "No alter. Sleeves look fine."
