The opinion specifically based its holding on findings that the petitioners were (i) acting as agents of the German High Command; (ii) had been trained and were being paid by the German High COmmand; (iii) Entered US soil wearing identifying markings of the German Army; and (iv) concealed those identifying items of clothing upon their entry into the United States. In addition, it was central to the definition of unlawful combatant used in the opinion that the petitioners had pentrated hostile lines and entered the US with the intent to destroy property in furtherance of the German war effort.

Good thinking. I will probably see him this weekend. Maybe if I dress up in a Gulf State military uniform he will give up Penske, Hank or Bilmore as a coconspirator. |

Yes they are human. But so are Charles Manson, Osama Bin Ladin and Justin Timberlake. Would I lose any sleep if these guys were tortured slowly to death? I would sleep like a baby. |
