Drink more water.
This is my anecdotal, unscientific experience. During the hottest part of this past summer, I drank at least 80 oz. of water a day (plus a couple cans of soda). My skin looked the best it has for awhile. Weather cooled down, and I drank significantly less water and more diet cola. Skin is not as nice as it was. Conclusion, drink more water and less diet cola. |

Speaking of vacuums, recommendations anyone? Hard wood floors in every room except bedroom (where there is carpet I hate but haven't been motivated enough to pull it up).
