I've always felt mixing the substances and the sex ruined both. When I'm screwed up on something, I want to concentrate on being screwed up... you know, maximize the effect.

That said, where one can certainly enhance the other (based on reasoned scientific hypothesis or personal or anecdotal evidence), sure, mix them up a little.
But these people who are all about having sex on drugs just because it seems like a cool idea are generally wasting drugs and sex. If I'm losing my shit staring a trees and grooving on a microbrew and some live music, I don't want to be dragged somewhere to have sex. Maybe its me... when I'm all screwed up on goofballs or booze, I just want to stay screwed up. The sex is for when I'm not screwed up and need something to do. It's a buzz that goes away immediately afterward, so you can do it anytime. You should save that for when you have to be sober. It's just good time/buzz management...
All this said, I break this senseless rule all the time because, unfortunately, the "I think I'd like to get laid" center of the brain follows no rational management plan.
I just wasted five minutes of my life and yours. Put it on my tab...
