I do these things you mention above. Except I am unsure who the Queen of fucking Monaco is. Princess Stephanie? Grace Kelly? Prince Albert? (ouch).

Monaco is a Principality - there are Princes and Princesses, No Queens.

Theoretically, the Queen of France would also be the Queen of Monaco (kind of like England and Canada), except there isn't one of those either.

I tip lower as a result, because I realize they calculate the percentages off of the after-tax amount, and only ratchet up from 15%. So I go back to do it myself more carefully. I'm like Thurgreed that way, except instead of killing trees, I just waste mental energy.

Oh yeah, I forgot, it was Canada Day last week (hi gwinky!). At the football game, we honored our neighbor to the north by singing Oh Canada before the game and dragging 100 bagpipers over the border.
