Because it's not that amazing for a woman in her twenties who was a skinny mini before pregnancy to be a skinny mini by the time the baby is six months old, especially if she has lots of household help and may even be able to make time for herself by exercising. It's not a typical American experience, but most American women are not typically that size before pregnancy anyway. Plus, you can see her tummy is a little bit round.

I'm more curious as to why she suddenly looks like Jacqueline Onassis. Not Kennedy. Onassis.
