It's a lot more difficult to find funny posts from that era for Pretty Little Flower. I toss down the gauntlet and urge you to create your own tribute sock for that purpose.

That's YOUR sock?!!!! You are ballsy, Shape, I'll give you that.

Cranky
I've been working quite a bit, until year end it gets nuts. I'm a little edgy.
I am located next to an assoc who is an affable sort, a tad pompous and very self absorbed, pathologically [I feel] so.
My voice is really loud, it carries down the hall. [shocker I know] So of course, he confronted me about it, which is fine. I've modified my behavior to try to alleviate that annoyance.
So now I'm very quiet, and he is on the phone all day. Loud. For extended periods of time. Mostly talking about himself. It's wearing on me. I know that that is the way it is and sometimes, staff is treated like furniture but it annoys me. There is a ledge outside my space/office and he hangs out there to spread out as well. It makes me feel suffocated.
It is what it is but it annoys me. Fridays I'm a little fried. Stock response is: a.) deal with it b.) if you don't like it go to law school or c) STFU. or d.) all of the above. I know all this. I just don't have the capacity to soldier through and work all weekend as well.

Which translates to this: you are either shallow, or gullible, or both.
[Again, I leave for 2 1/2 hours - and there's close to 100 posts. Jeezsh!}

In general I like to change them every few days. i am always looking for new ideas. sometimes over dinner at a smart restaurant, a flash of genius will come and I'll say to the wife "mona lisa Hank," or something. Sometimes, perhaps due to the available images it won't work well. The ncs-hank or the Mona lisa Hank are examples.
I will of course go to holiday specific or timely newsy hanks.
Plus i like to go back the baseline at least every few weeks to keep the source in mind.
Here is what's odd- I get bad vibes when certain Hanks are up. The old lady (not bea) which is Hank's mom- when she is up no one gives my posts the love. I don't get that. I know why people hate the B&W Hitler-Hank, but it is technically and artistically the best Hank- and consider that the artist lost as many relatives to Hitler as most of you.
but the above is merely background for my current problem. For awhile when I had Ben Wallace Hank up the Pistons didn't lose. So he was up for all big games- wanna see the ring? But then he started to fade. By last year's playoffs I had resoted to Jesus-Hank, which worked for awhile, but then faded.
Anyway, I'm at a lose for a solid World Series choice. Maybe a Tiger would work- Ben W worked at first- but maybe it won't work.
Maybe dmitri Young hank? he was a Tiger but got kicked off, plus he has good hair. A Prophet mohammed Hank would offend, no?
I really need to put some thought into this, and any ideas are welcome.

Have you tried a Big Happy Buddha Hank? Or in honor of the tigers, you could try a Montecore Hank.

There might be some copyright issues with the latter.

Oh, you can be a sport for a few weeks. It's like a tribute to you and all your tiger-osity.

Oh, all right. I suppose it's not every decade that Detroit reaches the post-season. Hank, PM me and I'll send you some headshots.

I bet I can find a funny Flower post on Infirm faster than you can find a funny Montecore post.

You can also: (e) tape him and post it on the internet; (f) prank call him using The Crazy Alice Soundboard or (g) tape Crazy Alice's prank call to him.
Geez, have some imagination.

My next foray
Two days after the half-marathon, classes with these people begin. I suspect I could be a good bellydancer.

Montecore is not supposed to be a source of hilarity. He's just a one-note chuckle sock. You, on the other hand, have a reputation to live up to. So your little "bet" is kind of meaningless.

Kirk Gibson circa 1984.
You could also use it when you're in a Spartan state of mind.
