I did at my previous job. Although that was a while ago, when I moved from it to BCBS, the benefits were less extensive and the number of enrolled doctors lower. Could be because it was a cheaper employer, though.

I can spend the same amount I'd spend on a cab to Pat's or Geno's going to a steak joint and getting a filet. Why would I drive somewhere to get lousy meat slathered in cheese whiz?

Eh, those places are overrated, anyway. Jim's or Del'Assandro's make some high quality steaks. You'd also be surprised at how good the quality of meat is (ok, so it's no filet mignon, but still). I also say no to the cheese wiz - I go with American cheese.
