I kind of agree with this, even though I don't follow my own advice. Does the weird costumes, etc. I guess what I'm saying is this: How badly do you have to screw up your image so that even with the credentials that you are a starting running back in the NFL your dating pool consists of women who willingly went on a tv show where the potential prize (other than 15 minutes) was sleeping with Flava Flav? It is a stress release. That is why it is addictive. The endorphins that are released, kind of like a runner's high. Don't get all wikipiedea on me but it's true it makes a stressful situation feel better.

He is tiny and possibly disease-ridden, but far from a has-been in the eyes of hip hop. He is the original hype-man and probably has as much respect now as he did back when PE was the shit. So many dances and phrases that serve as the partial foundation for hip hop came from him. And even if some considered him a has-been, in the black community, he is no longer. He was on what? four hit reality tv shows? Has an album coming out. He's hot right now.

That said, I don't think his cast-offs are any different than all the other cast-offs so many athletes and entertainers date. She has a huge, huge ass and she seems cool enough. She would be a hot commodity in the black community. Didn't she say something in response to New York's accusing her of being after Flav's money like, "Do you know who my kid's dad is? I don't need Flav's money."

I have become a master of compartmentalisation. Of course, I would never cancel a massage or spa treatment based on stress. I would get more. More than enough. Like the sexxing.

I try to encourage you on this, yes? Breakfast? pancakes with maple syrup coffee. Mid-morning snack: chocolate cupcake, chocolate frosting, orange sprinkels.
