Canada Trust (a bank that I'm not sure still exists) had cash machines called Johnny Cash and bore the likeness of the Man in Black on the screen, so I guess he consented to it. Anyway, Johnny Cash would always eat my fucking card (this was before the days when you could just dip your card)
