 | I didn't get a bonus this year but there may have been reasons "in their mind" at least, so I don't know if you can extrapolate. That's all I'm saying.

		| SubPrime-Time Finally, and take this in the sense of constructive criticism, maybe if had you not spent so much time over those last few years web surfing and reading sites like this, maybe your sadsack ass wouldn't be being desparately looking to dredge up stale unfunny old jokes and would actually be at a place going to $190K, so you could offer us some real info. My suggestion for you is go get your shinebox you mutt.

 | Of course you do, Ms. Zero Career Goals. The complete and utter lack of drive and self-respect that you idiots on lawtalkers display is unbelieveable! There are people at REAL law firms who are about to be paid $190 to start and all you losers can do is post about your little inside jokes and stupid basketball games. You are a disgrace to the legal profession and I'm embarrassed I even spent five minutes creating an account at this worthless site.

Continue to be happy with your middling salaries and your unimportant lives, hacks. Some of us in the New York market will continue to set the scale that you all will never receive. read the numbers in a couple of months and weep, suckers. I'll be posting them on infirmation, since this site obviously can't keep up with the big leagues.

ETA: Crap! Hank, is it too late to change this post to just be an emoticon??

Ah, in-house, thanks for clearing that up. FWIW, I never met an in-house attorney who impressed me with either their intellect, knowledge of the law or personality and thanks to you that streak is safely intact for today. Your inability to use words that actually exist in any language and misguided belief in the economic benefit of lower paying firm's quartlery "bonii" (sic) are consistent your professional stature (or lack thereof). Do you have hand-eye coordination issues to complement your eye-brain deficiencies? If not, I suggest you keep beatin' it, numbbuts, and leave the lawyering to the big boys. |

				      | I am both excited and disappointed by the arrival of our new friend, Mr. Sub-Prime. Excited because of the new blood added to our little community, though PLF does seem to have misplaced the Welcome Package that makes all Newbers feel that this is the welcome and warm place that it could be.
But disappointed that Mr. Sub-Prime and his indiscriminate rage -- the best potential foil for our board since Self-Employed Fluffer -- seems in danger of burning himself out in mere days. Save your rage, Mr. Sub-Prime, and remember that pissing while turning in a circle may keep mean and silly posters like Slave and Hank and Ty at bay for a few minutes, but eventually that Gatorade Rain you drank at lunch will run out, and then you'll be facing reinforcements like Thurgreed and Flinty. And will you have any piss and vinegar left? No. I fear that you will not.
