The business interruption policies seem solid. Property has to be damaged in most, and pandemics and terrorist acts are exclusions.

The argument contamination will work strikes me silly. Fumigation covers that.

I see a lot of lawsuits on blended fees by shitball lawyers grabbing some of the last dollars of small and mid-sized companies, but I’d be shocked to see many winners.

I made and was paid on a BI claim years ago, but we had serious property and equipment damage from a freak occurrence. And even then it was tough.
