1) As a Judge once said to me "that is a clever argument, but you can't show that is why the party acted that way." I am fairly sure 90% of America is not relying on that.
2) At first vaccines were supposed to be 95% effective in preventing contracting Covid, so I'm not sure what a 2020 study proves.
