I used to think this was true. But I've been with a number of women who have absolutely no smell or taste whatsoever down there. Makes things much more enjoyable.
Others
do have a distinct odor or taste. Sometimes it's not bad. Sometimes it's disgusting. One time it was overpowering and I wouldn't even stick my finger in it (told her to get dressed because nothing was going to happen).
