Put the 90s Bulls in the mid-eighties with the Celts and Lakers, as well as Rockets and Pistons, and they don't win shit, at best one championship. Hell, if Len Bias doesn't snort coke and Magic keeps his willie in his pants, they might not have won more than one in teh 90s eitehr.

I disagree there. A team with a great center and guard might have given them fits. But they were a well-balanced team. Pippen and Jordan, when they turned it on, made every pass a dangerous one. I think they wouldn't have been as successful, but they would have gotten some rings.

That anthem that is second only to Gary Glitter's Rock N Roll:

It's that intense look of concentration and competitive fire that Parks brought to the game that was his strongest asset.

Yes.
Jeter gets a credit for doing at least something funny on SNL, when he wore a sombrero and sang Derek Jeter's Taco Hole, to the tune of Kokomo.
And how could I forget AFraud? Well, I'm here in Texas with a kajillion dollars, but it's not about the money, I really think that the ownership is wanting to build a winning team and blah blah blah.
Three years later...well, it's still not about the money, but I thought we'd be farther along by now.

Yeh, they had a great year.
If you mean magical in the sense that its a cool place to see thousands of drunk Catholics run after a marching band into the stadium as part of some running of the bulls type tradition, it wasn't that magical. It was like being in Savannah on St. Patrick's Day.
Notre Dame has been the most overhyped team in college for the last 20 years, followed closely by UCLA.

He has a certain grace that comes from being able to move other people out of the way effortlessly. It's hard for the refs to call fouls on him because it doesn't look like he's exerting himself at all.

Bill Walton
Why do you all hate him so much? Is it for anything he did before, say, 1990? I have no particular opinion about him as an announcer, but mostly feel bad for him as a player. Someone called him the best player ever from the ankles up (this was pre-MJ, and I don't want to get into that), and he comes across pretty well in Halberstam's book about the '78 Blazers.
OK, I recognize that I'm deep into ancient basketball history at this point.

Also, I hate Sammy Sosa, that selfish fucking clown juiced up moron. Barry Bonds too. And especially Brett Boone. And all of the Bensenhurst Italians with their fucking Jason Giambi bats. Fuck you too.
And Mike Venderjadt.
And Brett Favre would be more popular than Jordan was in Chicago. But we have to hate him. It's really hard to hate him.
A-Rod - go sleep in the bed you shit in. Pudge, have you learned nothing?
Yeah, I really hate Kurt Warner too.

It seems his sis is no longer in Nashville Pussy. I suspect she's still breathing fire somewhere, though.
And I like this quote from Nasville Pussy's new bass player:
“We want to unbuckle the Bible belt and suck God’s dick.”
But will they do it in a public restroom?

10. Not 20. Check the rankings. Moreover, it was really fun to hate the Hurricanes back then.
