On the last Extreme Makeover show, a woman got a procedure the plastic surgeon called a Brazilian Butt Lift. The doctor lipsuctioned her stomach and implanted the fat in her previously flat booty. She had skinny legs and a big chest so it balanced her out. The family and friends kept saying "She has a butt now!"
