Not unless you want Windows Media Player 37.4 or need to be able to display Chinese.

All the security updates are in the "critical" section. If you're at work and you have a halfway decent IT department, it's likely that your computer has already been patched. Or you're running a system so old Microsoft doesn't support it anymore.

WTF?!?

What in the world is even remotely objectionable about that movie? There is one very chaste kiss at the end, I think. Is there any bad language? I don't think so -- but I could be misremembering.

Unbelievable.

I sent it again. Then I send an email saying that if I don't hear back from her by [last friday] I would consider it that she didn't want to address that her item wasn't accurately described and would leave negative feedback. I didn't hear back. Monday morning I send her an email saying that I was leaving negative feedback that day. She sends a response saying "what are you talking about?" Apparently her inbox only allows her to get messages that have no substance in them. So, I leave negative feedback and then I file a complaint with paypal to get my money back yesterday. TOday I get a message in my inbox from her with one word in the text. That word---evil.

I am many things, but I never thought I'd be boiled down to the word "evil". Dumb, maybe, badspeller definitely, but evil? evil? evil? She happened to have sent the email not as a response to mine, but with the "send a member an email" link. Which provided me with the opportunity to copy both ebay and paypal on the response in which I outlined why it was an abuse of the ebay mail system to send nasty messages using it and not to cumminicate about items, among other things. In total, I've probalby wasted more than an hour of my life (and the time of anyone who is reading this) for less money than I'd spend going out to dinner...but I decided it was my eBay member civic duty to put the bad apples in their place...otherwise the integrity of the system is compromised. Yes, you can thank me for saving eBay!
she's obviously a moron, don't worry about it. or, she's totally trying to play you and was mad when you went through with what you threatened to do.

She gets fucked at some point in the movie. The scene is particularly memorable for the outrageously bored look she has on her face as she drifts into daydream while the guy pumps away.

But the article says "scenes" only. Is this one of those stupid parents who thinks that an R-rated movies is simply one long bone-down?

The movie is French, don't you get it? The schools are showing enemy propaganda. Next thing you know, America;'s youth will be eating stinky cheese, mayonnaise on their fries, and protesting our liberation of Iraq.

If you're not with us, you're against us, Baby.

What bothers me the most about this isn't the objection to the movie. Take the kid out of the class, write a letter to the program director, whatever.

But filing a criminal complaint? Do people have no sense of proportion at all?

I hope the other seven kids beat the crap out of Tess for causing them to lose the cool teacher by failing to keep her mouth shut. I can't wait until she gets to 9th grade and her English teacher shows her Romeo and Juliet.

No toddler of that age would hold such a pose long enough to be photographed, even if he could.

Actual photo of the German Uberkinder, whose identity is being kept secret (seriously, it is):

I have no doubt of his being German, as he's not circumcised (eeew -- personal preference only -- no offense meant to those of you who are similarly whole).

I'm freakishly good at this. I credit the goodvibes catalogue and frequent trips to petco and george.

That goaltender-interference call on England -- good call or not?
