I used to support Cleveland, notwithstanding the overcoat incident in the Flats in '88, but y'all lost me with the welcoming turd in the Four Season's commode in 2000. I need an apology and at least $10K to reimburse me for the therapy's costs.

Nope. Had I gone to Yale, I would probably not have made the mistake in that post, which I subsequently corrected.

Sorry. The welcoming committee was under the mistaken impression that you were arriving from Pittsburgh.

Wait a second. There's a Four Seasons in Cleveland? Why didn't I know this?

I stand corrected. I am sorry. It was the Ritz-Carlton. I apologise to the Four Seasons, which does not, in fact, have a Cleveland branch.
At the time, 2000, the Ritz seemed to be the best Cleveland had to offer. I don't know if this has changed for the better. If you stay at the Ritz, just be prepared to flush upon entry.

Did you request anything special when you made the reservation?

It's not like either one. Str8 will in fact make gambling suggestions, and he will be wrong. Fringey would never suggest either a salad or a lean cuisine as a healthy meal. However, if she did, she would be correct. A more apt analogy would be Asserting that following a Str8 gambling tip would be like following fringey's tip to eat a sweet, cupcake-like chocolate muffin as big as your head to lose weight.
Are you and Slave this good at analogizing when you're being paid to do it?
eta that while in this case, I stand by my analysis, in general it gives me a vague sense of disquietude whenever I find myself in agreement with Hank. Oh well, perhaps that's a principle that should only be applied on the Politics board.

Mmmmmmm, potato salad. Macaroni salad. Anything-drenched-in-mayo salad.
ETA whoo hoo! I just installed a dimmer on the dining room lights! It's still a hideous track-lighting fixture, but at least it doesn't have to be bright enough to do microsurgery anymore!
However, I think I am going to have to hire someone to do the kitchen faucet with the pull-out head.

I actually loled at a slave post. Good lord.
Meanwhile, many visitors to rural Alaska take refuge in the warm, yellow adipose goodness of my ass huts. I would hate for these tourons to freeze. They don't know better than not to shave their body hair That shit keeps you warm. Not in a warm yellow golden shower kind of way. NTTAWWT
Is Cleveland still alive? I cannot bear these rube Red Sox fans anymore.
