And then you fuck him?
All that expectation and that's what you're giving us? Jesus man, that term was so ripe with possibility.

Never called it "wool" in my day. There was a lot of "tagging betties," "bagging chicks" etc, but no wool.

It's just a hilarious time. People screaming and drinking. "Dinging" a guy just b/c a guy in your house who you hate likes him. Making fun of the brothers who took it so seriously. The brothers who yelled "pull wool smoke weed" were always the drunk guys in the back that didn't give a shit. Everybody always listen to them though b/c they made a good case. Good times.

The sheep/flock/wool term obviously doesn't stand the test of time. But leave it up to a bunch of stupid frat guys to expand the metaphor.

so the ability to knock over 1/2 gallon liquor bottles with cock wasn't party of the voting? the fact you had 2 guys who could do that was a co-incidence?

The Smoking Gun Outs Bill
Well, in fairness to Bill, a "multi-million dollar business" doesn't necessarily attract a "multi-million dollar sale or liquidation price." You can be doing millions of dollars a year of sales, and the purchase value of your business may only be inventory plus, maybe, a very small multiple of sales. The value of most small businesses is in running them, not selling them. And I note that the recent annual sales figures of Bill's business (or even the pro formas) are not shown by the Smoking Gun (and I'm not interested enough to hunt for the rest of the 10-K on the SEC site).
But, yeah, to the extent that most people don't understand how businesses are valued, "multi-million dollar" might be misleading.

Or to ignore the "metaphor" part entirely.

They could go halfway and make it a simile.

Looks like the value of the sale was essentially the customer list and a little bit of goodwill.

Hell, we've all done the "walk of shame" in various permutations. I've walked miles without shoes just because, well, they were good shoes, but they weren't so good I was goin to wake her up to ask where they were...

I'm the first to admit that the Greek system is silly, exclusionary and unbelievably immature. But our campus wasn't one where Greeks only hung out with Greeks. I've been to campuses where some houses won't let you socialize with certain other houses and frown upon non-Greeks.
It was fun as hell. Better than Cats.

I used to get a case of Maker's Mark for voting. Hell, the last president we had ran on a platform of buying community dope. He won a unanimous vote.
I wasn't surprised when the state Police came and shut us down a few months later. I was just happy to have moved the social funds to my personal account. God, that was the best semester ever. I don't think I'll ever eat that much fungus in my life. And I got a frigging 3.5. My school was such a goddamn joke.

Going "hoggin" has nothing to do with sheep.

Oh, agreed. Its totally silly. We let anyone eat at our house and let everyone into parties. I never hazed anyone or any of that shit. I still don't know the secret handshake. We were thrown off ultimately for not being exclusionary. And exhibiting "poor risk management."
I still hang with about ten guys from my house as a core social group. Every holiday I see those cats. Two live within 10 min of me. And my wife was in the sorority who hung with us. I still see all those chicks all the time. In a sense, I never left, and I'm certain my scarred liver is proof.
