I suppose you could say she is a homelier, longer faced, TITSier version of the Pretty Lady.

Wait. Let me get this straight.
Audry Hepburn was a butterface and Carolyn Bessette was beautiful?

Please. Lots of people are more fun with a few in 'em. Lots of people are bolder or less nervous after a couple. Getting totally drunk was stupid, but I think you're going overboard, especially when it comes to a one night stand.

There are some people, whose uncontrollable impulse after some decent number of drinks, is to start drinking more, faster. I don't know what makes that 1-out-of-20 people do it, but they do. I've always been a "whooo, that's a good place to be, but the marginal benefit of that next one < marginal cost (usually in nausea)" kind of drunk.
In other words, a drunk econ nurd.

1. The awful make-up job. Whoever did this should be fired. Are they using my Bonnie Bell kit from 1982?
2. The bangs. I don't even care to elaborate here.
3. The fact that her neck in that photo is as long as her head. This does not help dispute the horsey face critics at all.
4. The visible collar bones. Somebody give the girl a slice of pizza. Stat.
5. The nose. Weird angle or something makes her nose look not good. Bulby?
I have seen JLH look good, but this photo does her no favors at all. The photographer must hate her almost as much as the EW photographer who put the all in white photo of Scarlett Johannsen on the cover hates her. I don't know how to spell SJ's name, but I'm not letting that stop me from posting this.

Oh goodie. Celebrity dissection at five pm with no end to the workday in sight. Yay!
Ths first thing I noticed washer mouth. She has that thin lipped thing going on with the Brooklyn Bridge business going on on the upper lip. its not so much eighties bonne bell as nineties dark lip liner with lighter frosty lipstick.
The eyes are beady and the smoky makeup job just makes em look smaller.
Her hair is an unspeakable horror. Its dwarfs someone who is already dwarfish. It looks like it weights as much as a stack of law textbooks.
and that neck. I was so horrified by the lipliner situation I missed that neck. It is longer than her head. In fact, I woud say she is a Giraffe faced. Put an enormous Maude wig and some bad lip liner on this creature and you have a very smiliar looking beast.

NCS, I hope this show is canned (no pun ) quicikly for MM seems lika a fan. You should read the copy to the description of the show on cbs.com. It mentions how she is endowed and her enormous gifts. Really.

1-out-of-20 people? And you claim you grew up in Toronto?

Oasis got a brutal review this week for their Hollywood Bowl show. Apparently Liam can't sing a lick at the moment. Completely off pitch, voice totally tuneless.
Jet didn't fare much better in their review, but it sounded like Oasis was literally painful to listen to.

she should get a female. the males tend to rub up against anything over 5 feet tall, and their genitals hang at 5'4" to 5' 8'.
One can really make your yard a no-go zone.

I don't have a yard. This is the first problem with my new pet idea. I doubt a pet giraffe would be very happy in the vaulted ceiling portion of my apartment. And I sure wouldn't want to be the person assigned to cleaning its litter box.
ETA: not a no-go zone for a 6'11"er such as yourself, Hank?

My friend got free tix for the show at Shoreline, and I saw Kasabian (sp), Jet and Oasis. The price was right. The mis for Kasabian was horrible, so I couldn't really tell. Jet was fine, but their songs need to be about 2 minutes shorter. Oasis was okay, the brother Liam is pretty talented and can sing. Noel was like a drunk homeless guy. A couple times he stopped singing and blabbered in a thick accent and make gestures, all while wearing wraparound glasses. It was pretty funny. When he did sing, he was on pitch though.

Calm down, I'm on your side. I'm transfixed by only a couple of things when watching TV, 1) monkeys and apes, 2) adult swim animation and 3) JLH bouncing up and down. I can't look away. I even had to watch The Tuxedo part of the way through a few weeks ago, because the bazoombas were calling me.
p.s., When Melrose was on, 3) above was the opening montage where Josie B was bouncing away in a striped top.

1 I wouldn't get a fag giraffe- I was worried for you.
2 but my wife is shorter, plus we're raising a daughter

The Redwalls
I forgot until now to let Sebby know about my Redwalls concert experience. First off, I enjoyed the CD. More poppy than I expected based on the fact that Sebby recommended it. But I like the clear Beatles and Bowie influences. I can hear the Crowes thing on a few tracks too.
So I saw them in concert on Friday night. The front three are each approximately 4'5". None of them could have been more than 90 pounds. The drummer is a giant (or appears to be a giant compared to the gnomes fronting the group). In light of the size discrepancy, the drummer was force to remain seated at all times during the show. I kept expecting the next song to be Christmas Time of some other Chipmunks selection, but it was not to be.
Musically, their show was tight. But, call me a heightest fuck if you like, it was really hard to believe that their voices came out of those little munchkin bodies.
I assume once they hit puberty, they'll have growth spurts.
