Hey, I'm man enough to say that I find a cheetah getting high really, really funny. Like getting a cat high, but better potential for high-speed cheetah rides.

That's half the city of San Francisco. Either that, or the sewer system which is incredibly close to street level.
It's especially nice on those hot hot days.

Calif. judge strikes down gay marriage ban

SAN FRANCISCO - A Superior Court judge has ruled that California's law limiting marriage to a union between a man and a woman is unconstitutional.

And here is your fucking link

The opinion had been anxiously awaited because of San Francisco's historical role as a gay rights battleground.

San Francisco County Superior Court Judge Richard Kramer said in his ruling: "It appears that no rational purpose exists for limiting marriage in this state to opposite-sex partners."
So if my friends Mike and Jim got married two years ago, then had thier marriage voided by the California Supreme Court, do I have to buy them another present?

yes. There's the initial wedding gift, the "Condolences on having your marriage set aside in the eyes of the law of _____ state" gift (flowers will do for that one), and the "Yay! the marriage is back on!" gift. All this legal wrangling is really a Hallmark plot.

If there's another ceremony, another reception/party then hell yes.
If not, then no.

Jesus, why? What the fuck is wrong with you people? Does "shrieking" at a movie make me less of a man? Are you that spinsterrific?

You know what else? I cry watching Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. So fucking what? I'll never get into your dry, sandy vagina?
