Anything going on right now that's particularly stressful? Sounds like anxiety to me.
ETA: around here, hay season, round two just started. Could be that you've developed an allergy and it's just now manifesting itself.

You're probably right re: stress. I was reamed by a judge earlier this week and might be going to trial in another matter...
Or maybe it's b/c my fantasy football draft is tonight. That's freaking stressful.
