I think you may be okay. Probiotic just means it has bacteria, so it really is included in Yogurt. And the soy is okay because strict diets might exclude dairy.
The secret is in how you order it. You can't order a "probiotic SOYogurt smoothie- Vivacious Vanilla! ," and still get invited to hang with the guys and watch football.
But if you say "Vanilla soy smoothie, please" you're fine. Remember, drop the unneeded adjectives and use plain English.
Like when you go into Starbucks- never order ''Tall'' , ''Grande'' or ''Venti.'' Instead only order small/medium/large.
Remember, lots of extreme homophobes are actually quite gay in private. It all boils down to keeping up appearances in public.
