How long are you going to hang on to your resentment over what happened that night? I told you as gently as I could that it wasn't you, it was me, and playing "Shapey & Slave" just wasn't something I was ever going to be comfortable with, no matter how many PMs you sent.
You have to get past the bitterness. You still have a chance to be happy. Please take it, for my sake, because as hard as you may find this to believe, I still only want the best for you.

I'd rather own Durham than be able to rent a small piece of Los Angeles for a while.

40 million bucks will rent you a substantial part of LA and then you can go anywhere with what's left over.
Granted - you may end up with a rep like Dennis Erickson - can only do college not pro, but for 40 mill, I'll take the risk.

I would go with the duck cloth. It will be more likely to keep brambles away when we got the olive groves and lemon orchards.

Smashing. And it has a hammer loop and little tape measure pocket, so we will be all set on those items.
Ahoy! (TM)

Uh, hate to break it to you lil' Romeo but those weren't PMs.
I had a roll of Certs in my pocket, but I'm flattered that you were so impressed.

I was speaking more metaphorical-like.
I like Coach K, but the prospect of him coaching the Kobe is a little like throwing up into my beer and then having to drink it, IYKWIM.

Fickle, mean lady.

You won't have as much fun with someone else over your knee.
Will you accept my apology? I love Italy.

I was told that often coaches do not make a smooth transition from college ball to the NBA.

Ha! too late, Wonk already faxed me my ticket and I'm pressing the pleats in my kilt as I type....I'm ambidextrous like that.
We'll send you a postcard! Ciao Bella!
