I split open my eyebrow in a drunken stupor one time. It didn't hurt either (not sure if it would have hurt had I been sober, but I think not). But it did freak out those around me that I was dancing around with blood dripping down my face.

Carry on.

In a fight in high school, I had my head rammed into a closed car door. Put a huge dent in it. I felt nothing.

And, more important, less painful ways to die. Melanoma that spreads, as my acquaintance who's likely to die from it in the next month or two, spreads to just about every part of your body. You're lucky if it hits the brain first so you die quickly, instead of every other organ, which causes your body to decay slowly.

I clunked my head on some hard ground on Saturday, and it still smarts (and I was wearing a helmet). Believe it or not, I didn't do the head clunking part just for fun. It wasn't, so that wouldn't have been a good choice of activity had that been my motive.

You still have to wear a helmet when you go outside? That must have sucked when you were a kid.

SD is at least that old. And his liver is doing time with mine over at an assisted living facility.

Yes, but remember most people here are not blessed with the natural beauty that is you. Take Thurgreed, please.

I sometimes apply an unscented aftershave gel. Does that count?

I use a moisturizer, foundation, finishing powder, concealer, blush, eyeliner, mascara, lipliner, lipstick, eyebrow color, and 2 or 3 hair styling aides daily (not necessarily in that order). In the summer (while not at work), I use a bronzer sometimes and some shimmer powder on my shoulders and decolletage.

And the living will envy the dead. Nice. I'm off to microwave my head right now, because these freckles on my shoulders just - don't - look - right . Or perhaps the ciggies will get me first. Something to look forward to.

I know that this post will likely bring down the wrath of the FB gods upon me, but I just had to point out that you just admitted to wearing glitter.

Bring on the pm's...
