Skin Brighteners
Can anyone recommend a face product (not foundation and has no color to it) that will "brighten" up skin tone, making the skin dewy and glowing, but NOT sparkly or "shimmery"?

I don't have a blog, either, moron. And nice avoidance of an actual question.

Sorry. I'm not used to you asking an actual question.
I would think that the same rationale would apply to you. However, you should bear in mind that the explanation I gave was based upon the DOJ excuse for not going after Novak. You aren't a well-known GOP ass-kisser and aplologist. Thus, your mileage may vary.
I would also add that misprision of a felony is a felony in its own right. Either way, I think Novak should be feeling a lot more heat than he is right now.

Middle management
I was at Super Target this morning, picking up a few things and some coffee before getting into the office. It was around 8:30, and I saw something horrific. The Target team was getting ready for the day, and in the middle of the main aisle, a whole group of them were in a circle. Suddenly, the whole group of them started chanting. One yelled "super," the rest yelled "target." There may have been high-fives. This went on for a full minute. They then broke and presumably went to work all pepped up.
My sister once had a job (for a week and a half) where there was a cheer before every working day. She's incapable of replicating the cheer, nearly five years later, because she laughs too hard to finish it. I can't imagine what sick fuck thought that a cheer was a good way to start off a working day. Actually I can. Some asshole who used to coach highschool football, went to a few team building management seminars, went to a few cult indoctrination seminars and came back with an inspiring way to motivate his troops. The fact that he wasn't murdered in his sleep before his motivation strategy took hold in middle management all across the country is a national tragedy.
I may bitch about my job from time to time, but our team building exercises always involve food and alcohol.

It's a common Japanese practice. That's one of the many ways the Japanese are superior to our fat. lazy, stupid American workers.

We were close to that stage this morning, but it was unintentional. Seven of us walking around, scowling and chanting "who turned off the fucking coffee pot?!" can seem like an organized cheer if you get enough simultaneity.

They might spend the time and cash wasted on cult exercises on the employees in the form of a raise instead. More money raises morale even better than perky cheerleading. Otherwise, those high-fives could easily turn into manager bitch-slapping.

With us, it's the IT guys walking the halls and chanting "We're rebooting the server!" "We're rebooting the server!" Based on their obvious excitement at fucking up the actual practice of law, I'd say it's something like a pep cheer.

A lot of people thought this in the late 80s, but new research suggests that the reason the Japanese economy has been stagnating for the last decade is quality circles. It turns out that they have terrible side effects.

Love, but lust will work just as well, at least temporarily.
