I don't want to seem snotty or anal, but I don't really think your first two things are 2 questions. Do you? Isn't that really just one question? And why do you think any of us will have insight into the show? I know someone who starred in Evil Dead, and my e-aunt is a famous actress, but neither of those will help. Maybe you should PM str8?

I'm not familiar with BB5, but the problem you describe is more common than you think.
In some parts of the country the root system to the family tree sprawls and meanders in unexpected directions, and the arm's length requirements of your local County Register of Deeds sometimes leads to unwelcome surprises.
