I tried three or four different places when I was in Philly last. I don't think I got to Delasandro's. But Pat's was the best of what I had. Geno's sucks.

(And just because I know you all love this so much, more hyphen-necessary phrases: pickled herring merchant; little used car; two hundred odd members of Congress.)

DTB, I really want to read Eats, Shoots & Leaves now that you have shown me to the light, but I'm too lazy to go to the library and too cheap to buy it. I keep trying to get 99 cent copies on eBay, but I think you've told so many people about it that it's actually going for face value. When will this end so I can pick up a copy on the cheap? Could you stop mentioning it, so that it becomes passe?
Thanks

Excuse me, but "proactive" and "paradigm"? Aren't these just buzzwords that dumb people use to sound important? Not that I'm accusing you of anything like that.

Too much meat. It's not even like a sandwich. You should compare a sandwich from those places with a prime rib meal or something. The bread is like a garnish.

What's your sandwich?

Doughboys on 3d street does a ham & cheddar on baguette that's the best sandwich I've ever had. But really, nobody can stop talking about the soup sandwich.

Does this apply to boxer shorts? I think I look pretty damn good in nothing but boxers.

I offer no opinion on this. But judging from earlier posts, I think this attire would only be acceptable while you were boxing.

Disagree. If I had to choose between Ed and Brad in Fight Club, well.... you already know the answer to that one.
Anyone who can fuck himself up in front of his boss to avoid getting fired is one crazy fuck. I love it.

I'm not sure what brought this on
but I had a dream last night that I was living in some sort of Real World-type house with Thurgreed (among others) and we didn't have a very big hot water tank and so we had to shower together all the time and Thurgreed had all the women in the shower and he was trying to guess which boobs were real and which ones were fake and he got like half of them wrong, even after fondling them. What do you think this means?

It means that Thurgreed is the luckiest man on earth. At least in your dreams.
