There are replays all week long. I usually Tivo one of the replays on Friday evening (2:00 pm, I think?) and then watch during the week.

Too hungover. Got a little carried away celebrating the back from the dead thing.

If Ernest Borgnine beefcake doesn't jump start it- it's dead.

Too hungover. Turns out that Easter Egg hunts go much better with pinot noir. Who knew? The things my parents never told me.

I involuntarily watched The Passion of The Christ on Good Friday. It had to be the most disgusting movie I have ever seen. It did nothing to increase our understanding of Christ, preferring instead to exploit theatergoers bloodlust for flesh-ripping bloody gore. He (big H) was whipped and flayed and scourged so much I doubt there would have been enough flesh left on His side for Thomas to put his hand in. I wanted to yell out "just nail Him to the cross, already" but I was afraid I may share His fate. However, it did make my suffering from a visit from gf's parents seem trivial by comparison.

Did gf's parents force you to watch it?

No, I can't pin this on them. And I may have stretched the meaning of "involuntary" a little bit. And I have employed the classic review method of reviewing a movie without watching the entire thing -- they really needed to get those nails in faster. How did it end?

In about 15-20 years, you'll follow a light until you see a large backlit man sitting at a very high dek in front of a wonderous pearly gate-
He'll look down at you, and tell you, ponderous and clear: "Go to hell!"

See. I was forced to watch the Incredibles - which was not quite so painful. I like Pixar and all, but this one wasn't one of their best. And was a shamefull introduction to the Incredibles II.
I did like the Jackalope short though.

Why the Hate? I wasn't the one who did this to Him, it was the Jews. At least I learned that from the movie, so I guess it wasn't totally gratuitous violence.
