Etiquette question:
Once in a dresser drawer in a hotel I was in, I found a real sleaze mag* and a 1/3 full bottle of Nyquil. (Does Nyquil help prolong the orgasm?) It was in Penn. so maybe that was the only alcohol the guy could find one night.
*not like Club, more like the kind ncs said she was in to pay for college.
Query: Do you leave the maid a lesser tip because the room wasn't well cleaned, or a bigger tip because you didn't have to go out?

I don't have an answer to your question, but I do have an amusing anecdote.
When I was maybe 12 or so, my family went to San Francisco for a vacation. We stayed at a fairly nice hotel on Union Square. At the end of the trip, my mom put me in charge of searching the room that we kids were staying in to make sure that we didn't forget anything. I looked under the bed and pulled out a massive, anatomically detailed, bigger-than-Rasputin vibrator. My three younger siblings and I examined it and then brought it to our mom. In retrospect, she did a very good job of masking her alarm. I think she just said it must have been left by a previous guest, and that we should just leave it so the hotel could give it back to the guest.

when you pulled it out from under the bed, did you hear any bown-chica-bown-bown music playing in the background?

Hmmmm, ironically I once arrived in a hotel room to find a very long coiled shit in the toilet. It was Cleveland so maybe that is a local welcoming custom. Later my date and I watched a ppv porn on the room's TV and then made love.

If the siblings were younger, I think there'd be something more like nursery rhymes playing in the background.

I don't want to know what the first sentence in this story has to do with the last.

That's nice that you really love your service providers. I bet you send them Xmas gifts from the firm.

Correct. It's a custom and an invitation to attempt the city's patented sex act.

Check out the Virtual Replay. Very cool, especially since the video quality is sketchy.
spree: More BBC Sport and requires Shockwave 10

I don't believe in Xmas gifts. You are confusing me with my cubicle mate. The one in SF.
