Just Hopping Through-Why Gay Men Shouldn't Adopt

I think--I'm not sure, but I think--you're probably genetically predisposed to love your children no matter what.
If this is a real fear for you, you probably should find a hotter wife before you start breeding.

Me too. That show (so far), unlike say, Cheers, has withstood the test of time.
Of course, you can't really compare the two, but Cheers is relatively unfunny in 2004.

Or as a hedge, I should breed with several women.
Utah has some really nice scenery, but the locals' policies on alcohol and caffeine trouble me.
ETA: Of course I'd love the kid no matter what it looked like. Thats not the issue.

This fear seems legitimate to me, given the parents involved.
Why do you let RP push you around? I thought you got it right the first time.

Since 13 year old boys are impossible to buy for, I thought I could get him some CDs for christmas. I'm looking for suggestions of older music that he should hear and listen to develop a musical taste and music that should inspire him to play.
So what are your top 3 cds that you think a budding guitar player should have in their collection?
Thanks for the suggestions

1. Eric Clapton, Pilgrim.
2. B.B. King and Bobby Blue Bland, Live at Coconut Grove.
3. Neil Young, Harvest.

If I really wanted to fuck with him, I could show him this board and tell him he'll wind up with your intellect.

This is true. Also, most people go through ugly stages in their lives. Adorable fat little babies grow up to be fat little people. Beanpoles grow up to be supermodels. I have a second cousin who looked like a frog for the first year of his life, and is now a very cute three year old. I think I'm a not-unattractive guy as an adult, but looking at pictures of me from about 2 to about 14 makes me shudder, and not just because I grew up in the 70s and those pictures often prominantly feature polyester.
Everyone worries about what their not-yet-conceived children will be like. Almost everyone is pleasantly surprised.

What's your sig line (please don't make me log out to see it)? If it's from Seinfeld, while I generally agree that it is aging well, some of the shows from the last season basically suck. I'm not sure if they suck in general or if they just suck for Seinfeld, but I'm imposing a moritorium on watching last season shows when they get picked up by Tivo for me.

Because this is an SD post, I read this paragraph thinking he was talking about people. SD, you have to alert us when cats actually means cats.

Sig line:
“Ha ha, the Ukraine. Do you know what the Ukraine is? It's a sitting duck. A road apple, Newman. The Ukraine is weak. It's feeble. I think it's time to put the hurt on the Ukraine.”
Agreed re: the last season. They picked a good time to call it quits.

Not necessarily. They could be too wide. Causing her feet to slip out the front. Either way, they don't fit. She looks like Arianna (or Joey Tribbiani's sister) from Sopranos in a lot of her pics.
