The same would be true of a male congressmen that was attracted to a sixteen year old female page. Sixteen year olds are allowed to get married. Is everyone married to a sixteen year old a paedophile? Give me a break.

Gary Studds had an affair with a sixteen year male page. That clearly makes him a homosexual not a paedophile.
