Oh, and I note, I liked Family Ties..... his movies, eh, not so much.
I like spin city when Carla Gugino was on.

Incidentally, I'm looking for a t-shirt I've heard of that has a silhouette of a pole dancer and says "I Support Single Moms." If anyone sees it, let me know -- I think that'll be a hit at the gym.

Nice to see that someone still believes in staying the course.
Don't forget the NYT.

They remain steadfast in their assistance to the enemy.

Not just because I think the cause is worthwhile, because it is an appropriate place for the government to put its resources. I believe in a limited government, but I don't believe in no government. Do you think it is appropriate for our government to protect is citizenry against assaults from other living beings- foreign or domestic? I think that is one of government top priorities. Do you think it is appropriate for the government to consider humans as the only species on the planet that can pose a danger to our citizens?

So suggesting he's doing again what he had admitted doing in the past is moronic and insensitive?
The transcript I saw went way beyond that. He accused Alex of faking his symptoms and trying to pretend his disease was worse than it is. If he is not taking his meds, that is still not acting or pretending the disease is worse than it is.

And yet you seem to admire this when done on Fox. Interesting.

I hear Limbaugh does the same thing.

I haven't seen the MJF ad myself, so I'm not even saying that's what this specific ad does - more a comment on arguments I've seen and heard.
I'm with bilmore. It would wrong for anyone to say those things to the public. Likewise, it would be wrong for Republican candidates to advocate that illegal immigrants be drawn and quartered.

3) And there is real question that stem cell research provides any hope for Fox. That was my first question- is there any real hope that it could help HIM- save HIM. The only person who said it might is ole no brain. You want to rely on him as your proof?
I've tried to ask my question and you've tried to answer it, and yet we are talking past each other, so I give up.

If you have something constructive you'd like to say about my tone and style, you are of course welcome to say it me, or to Penske or RT. I submit that PMs would be the best place for that, but you are certainly free to post about on the board if you like.

I used to work with a lawyer who suffers from Parkinson's disease, and the visible symptoms would vary from day to day. Some days the tremoring wasn't as bad as others. Some days his speech was more under control than others. Some days, he'd nearly fall flat on his face while on others he'd be perfectly fine moving around. It's an awful disease.

Also, I've been told, but I haven't researched further, that some of the medication increases the shaking, because one of the effects of Parkinson's Disease is rigidity.

I still like the Olde English custom of "hanged by the neck until near-dead, taken down and disemboweled, drawn, quartered, and hung on pikes 'til the birds had their fill." And that was just for misdemeanors.
