Not appropriate as a board motto, but a nice turn of phrase nevertheless. Well done, DYJCMC.
Anyhoooooo, I'm not sure where the jockeys are coming from on this one. They're threatening to boycott the Kentucky Derby if not allowed to wear ads on their pants. I don't know much about what governs the owner-jockey relationship, other than that they're hired on a race-by-race basis, and it's probably like an independent contractor relationship. Jockeys have to wear the uniform of the owner, and presumably those uniforms don't involve advertising. I think if jockeys showed up wearing ads, they'd be in breach, and those jockeys who refused to ride would also be in breach.

But, I didn't want to let MR off the hook so easy.

When it was RT's sister peeing on someone, it was enough removed from actual people on this board that it didn't reach the level of inducing vomiting. But when it's two posters exchanging poop, well, that produces mental images even beyond Wanker spitting into the cooking marsala sauce after snowballing with his wife.

Hey Thurgreed.
Remember back in October when I wrote on here that Contreras was done?
Contreras is done.

edited to note that the avatar doesn't really match the writing, but we know he [Jerome] is maple-flavored - perhaps he's a slut too - one can only hope.

I hate to dash your hopes, but reports I have read indicate that off the ice he is a nice, sweet, religious young man. Which seems (at least the religious part) inconsistent with sluttishness.
Then again, he hasn't seen your "Best in Toronto" gams yet. Perhaps (in the finals?) you will get a chance to find out.

Yikes. I hope this doesn't mean you've eaten at his house? Without being aware of all the ingredients in the special sauce?
If you don't think you can make it to the bathroom in time, stay put and aim for the trashcan when you start vomiting uncontrollably.

WTF? Did they stop making Buicks and Crown Vics or something? If you're going to have a midlife crisis and buy your teenage wet dream vehicle, why wait until you're 90ish?
Very disappointed that he didn't lay rubber leaving the station.

Vote for the WOrst
SO someoene told me about tthis "vote for the worst" website aimed at getting John Stevens to win. I dont know what kind of mojo it ahs but the fact that it exists makes me not want to vote for him anymore. I dont want to help out those losers. at least they have only had middling succes in the past and may not be the reason JS is rocking, though it couldnt be hurting him any. bummer. i hate when reality is rigged.

What does this mean? Is it like a certain time of day at like twenty after four? Is is like a certain speed on the highway slightly less than 70 mph?
